I work with adults and couples, offering short and long term counselling, with face to face, phone or video call options available. My aim is to provide you with a safe, respectful, confidential and non judgemental space for you to explore what is troubling you, at your own pace.  I know what it's like to talk about painful, sensitive and even embarrassing topics and my approach is to support you with compassion and empathy so that you can explore how you are feeling and why.

As well as Psychotherapy and Counselling, my services include - Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT, Mindfulness and Breath Work.
