Therapy can help you find clarity and understanding, so you can gain a different perspective on life. It also provides you with tools to help you cope when times are tough. I know what it's like to talk about painful, sensitive and even embarrassing topics and my warm and friendly approach will support you to explore your feelings, get to the route cause and find a way forward.
I truly believe in the possibility to make positive changes or choices to reach your full potential, be fulfilled, be more successful, have better relationships, be more in control of your life and how you feel. Taking a holistic look at your life, I use a blend of therapies and experience to support you to reach your goal.
Working this way as an integrated counsellor, NLP practitioner, coach and hypnotherapist, gives me the opportunity to use a variety of tools and techniques to help you achieve the changes, solutions or choices you are seeking.
My background is in Human Resources, where dealing with people and their problems for over twenty years led me to retrain to be a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist.
I work with adults offering short and long term counselling, with face to face, phone or video call options available. You can talk things through at your own pace in a safe, confidential and non judgemental space.
